How do I replace my Madison Card?

Replacing your Madison Card is easy:

Ask at the check out for a new card. Follow the instructions on the back of the card to activate it.

Online

Simply complete the Replace My Madison Card form.

NOTE: in order to ensure any existing points are transferred across to the new card, please include your existing Madison Card number.
